Stats.fm Please sort this out

Based on BCD APP and Stationhead I’ve been streaming BTS at least 100-200 times daily, but its not showing up. Its so useless, if it showed the correct numbers it would be a great website, but unfortunately. I’ve heard many people in my fandom say to not rely on stats.fm because its unreliable and inaccurate just give us the right numbers and streams please I’m fed up. Thanks.
