Stats.fm stops tracking my Spotify for months at a time despite my history being imported and all my syncs being enabled, including the advanced sync.
As you can see below from my screenshots, it stopped tracking in May, tracked 2 days again in June, and then stopped tracking again.
I deliberately kept the stats.fm app open the other day while playing my Spotify music, and even that it didn't track despite the currently playing feature tracking just fine. It just doesn't track anything beyond what is currently playing.
I've already tried re-importing newly requested history a while back, and that didn't work.
Not sure what the cause is, but I'd really like for this to be fixed, because it feels like I paid for nothing if the tracking isn't accurate. I'll take any ideas on how to fix this from my end, too.
