stats.fm messing up my streams?

i re-got stats.fm plus yesterday and almost all my streaming dat is messed up, huge jumps and I looped a song for a whole day like three days ago and its telling me i have never once in my entire life listened to this song while airbuds is showing that i listened to the song for over 12 hours so ?? i went through everything and my sync is turned on, i don’t have offline mode turned on on spotify the only thing i can assume is that my computer will often log me out of stats.fm and it will take me a couple days before i realize i need to relog back in so maybe it stops logging my information when that happens? i just logged out of it entirely on computer rn
