Stats suddenly missing

my stats for the album luck… or something by Hilary Duff were suddenly reset. They were very high and suddenly started at 0 again. As a result, a lot of tracking charts and data for past week, 4 weeks, 2026 is off because those stats are missing. Can this be fixed?
