Stats FM isn’t showing anything

I paid for the premium version of the app like, 2 years ago and it was working fine but in the last couple of months, it fails to display certain stats and just keeps loading. Today, I opened the app for my September recap and it says zero on everything and is telling me there’s not enough data???
