Stats don't exist??

I listen to a lot of music, the website doesn’t even show that I’ve listened to any artists ever. Is this my fault? Is there a way I can fix this, or is it just the website? When I go to Frank Turners page it says I’ve listened 0m and 0x when I know I definitely have listened to him, I have him playing as I’m writing this.
