Stat Inaccuracy

Hi there!

My name is Jason and I’m a recurrent user of the app. I love to check it regularly as music is one of my passions and I find it very interesting to check what my recent musical trends have been. Regrettably, I’ve been noticing a frequent inaccuracy issue with stats.

Out of the blue, album stats just disappear. For example, I’ve been listening to ‘Hades’ by Melanie Martinez a lot, to the point where it entered my top 3 this year. Today, the album is nowhere in my top 100 albums of the year. How is this even possible?

The same thing occurred with the ‘New Religion’ track from Bebe Rexha. It was my most listened to track in 2026 thus far, and out of the blue, disappeared from my top! It’s honestly very disappointing as I really enjoy the app, but this now makes the app seam very unreliable as any given day specific tracks or albums are removed from stats.

This is only a portion of the issues, I’m not going to even get into segmented/duplicate track stats/counting.

Hopefully this can be fixed asap as this has been happening for quite some time. As a leader in this type of apps, I’m counting on you guys!
