During the last few days, I noticed that stats.fm is counting streams from video previews on Spotify.
That means that while I'm listening to one song, several other streams are being registered at the same time for the track that's previewed on the video, even if I'm not actually listening to it.
For example, while I was listening to the song "Immortals", by Fall Out Boy, I noticed that a considerable number of streams were counted at the same time for "Irresistible" because the video was previewed nonstop right below the lyrics to "Immortals".

Before I realized this was the pattern, I actually got very worried thinking there was a bot on my Spotify account. I took all the security measures, but later figured out that it was probably just the way stats.fm is counting streams.
I would like to just see the streams of the songs I actually listen to, instead of receiving this sort of artificial data that doesn't reflect my streaming habits on Spotify.
Is there a way to turn off the count of these video preview streams? Even if it still isn't a feature on the app, it could be very useful to improve user experience.
