Spotify Account Disconnected

My Spotify account logged out of everywhere and asked me to make a new password. Now stats.fm is disconnected and is asking me to sign in again with my new password.

The notification redirects me to the settings page but I don’t know where in settings am I supposed to log in again? I tried disconnecting and connecting my Spotify account but that didn’t help.
