spent $15 or whatever it was for the app to not work

i don’t understand how importing my data that says i should have about 80,000 streams and then the app just says i have 38k or whatever. it changes every single day and will just say 400 randomly, the app doesn’t work and absolutely none of my stats are correct. i try to delete and reimport and do anything the support has told me, and they just give me random information that’s not even related to what i sent a support request about.
