Soulmates feature won’t stay off

Hi, having a recurring issue with my account settings. I keep the soulmates feature toggled off but the app seems to keep reactivating it. I have no interest in this feature and wanted to know if this was a known bug?? Not sure why it’s the only setting that seems to switch back on.
