Songs that I have only listened to once in a day are being repeated

I’ll leave this app open for like an hour and it will count a stream in full even if I just left my Spotify on that song and didn’t even play it. I’ll get like 30 seconds into a song and skip it and it is listed as me listening for the whole time. It’s very infuriating that it cant be accurate anymore and I got this app to get my exact streams and instead it says I listened to songs more than I did, or says I listened to songs when I didn’t. It’s VERY frustrating!!! PLEASE fix!!
