songs showing multiple times

some songs that I've listened to, including scrimmage by quin nfn have been streamed through multiple albums but show up as different songs. for a while, w/o noticing, I was listening to scrimmage through the single and the album and they show up as different songs. it would be my number 4 song if they were together but instead they're both much lower. I'd love if you could fix that.
