Songs in playlist appear multiple times

I make a playlist to update daily with my past months songs. Lots of times the same song appear 2 or 3 times not just once. Can this be looked into? There is also some albums/songs that never import into Spotify even though they’re in my top listened to. (Eg beabadobee and the avalanches new albums)
