Songs I never streamed appear in listening history

Recently I noticed that the App is adding songs to my recently listened streams that I never streamed. I noticed this often happens when I visit the page of an artist without streaming a song of that artist. The app just decides that I streamed a few songs of this artist even though I didn’t.
