Songs from hours ago only show up now

So i listened to loads of songs like hours ago, and then it didn’t log the songs into my streams or history. Now when i listen to songs, the songs from hours ago come up in my recently played now instead of the song i just listened to, so there’s a delay and when will the song i just listened to show up then, it’s quite confusing
