Songs disappearing, duplicates becoming the lesser played.

My top song of all time disappeared last September. It’s just gone. I’ve posted on here probably 15 times. Nothing ever happens. Multiple of my songs in my lifetime top 200 have lost hundreds of plays and are opted for lower duplicate totals. I’ve posted about this before. If no one fixes this, I’m going to redownload all my data and if that doesn’t work then I’m deleting this app.
