Song streams counted twice?

I checked my weekly stats and I had two different counts for a bunch of Lorde songs this week and then I checked the streaming history and it was counting most of the streams twice (so like two streams for Shapeshifter at 3.35pm on Friday) but then counting it as two different songs so it shows up twice in my stats of most streamed.
