Song rankings

For the song “the letter” by Jann, I should be in the lifetime rankings at rank #13, as I have more streams of the song than the current streamer, however I’m not on the lifetime rankings at all (so I’m meant to be #13 and instead the app has said I’m not even in the top 1000)?? I don’t understand why as I’m on the rankings for the four weeks and 6 months. Thanks!
