Song listens reset

Hi I’m an original user of this amazing app and love everything about it, there’s just one bug that I’ve been getting for a long time. Occasionally some of my song stats are completely reset and I don’t know why. For example, recently all my stats for the Ace attorney series were reset. I’ve listened to the songs from the albuma many times but they all went back to 0. This has also happened in the past for many other songs like Danganronpa anime opening, and just today “Yoru wa Nemurerukai?” I love seeing my stats, so it always makes me sad when my stats for random songs are reset, and it makes the data become inaccurate. This has been going on for probably a couple years now.
