Song has been combined with a different song and songs are duplicated on my top 100 streams

From the album Kpop Demon Hunters album the song ‘My Idol’ does not show when listening and instead appears as ‘Soda Pop’ I believe the streams have combined for this song. This has made my streams inaccurate.

Also from 97-100 on my top 100 of my monthly listens in (2025) 97 and 99 are the same song, as well as 98 and 100 is also the same song. E.g (APT - Rose shows twice as 97 and 99) What I was made for - Billie Ellish is 98 and 100.
