Some pages do not open.

I want to look at my records, or I want to go to the payment page and check my payment transaction, but neither of them opens, a gray page appears in front of me. It doesn't fix itself even though I wait for minutes. If it continues not to open, I won't be able to cancel my payment, it's completely ridiculous.
