Some listens are not recorded

I have listened to the song “Want you to want it” by Aquilo in the first hour of it being out for 10+ times (June 19, 0:00-1:00). Those times were not recorded for me and do not display in the app after almost 16 hours. I am in Germany so technically in the country of origin of the song (UK), it was not out. So could be that when song is not yet out everywhere, listens are not recorded in the app. Because also when I was listening to it in that first hour it was not displayed in the app that I have something being played
