Self-Deletion of Stats (This Year)

I don't know what's been going on this year, but a lot of my stats are getting deleted. I had around 300 minutes streamed on a song I've had on repeat for a couple of days and now its back to 150ish. This has happened twice to me this year and I'm really starting to get aggravated with this. If my stats aren't accurate why am I even paying for the service, it's the bare minimum expectation of a service like this. I've reported this same bug over a month ago and nothing has been done and nothing has been addressed, it's more than frustrating.
