Scam

i just bought the plus version, and i did not get info about it before after i bought it. i thought i would get my stats right now, because it is right now i want them. but i have to download a bunch of stuff first, which someone should have told/informed me. also i would like to get a receipt when i order stuff online, or else i feel like someone could scam me or take my money. i would like a refund and unsubscribe.
