Same Track Charting Separately with Split Streams

Some tracks are appearing more than once on my streaming history chart with streams split between two versions of the same track (ex. track "NEURON" with two different versions appearing on my history, one with 71 streams, one with 51 streams). Also apple music streams don't sync properly.
