same song isn't the same song

If artists have released a song multiple times (e.g. as a single that's part of a later album or as part of an album and a later deluxe album) these songs are treated differently. In my case I've been listening to the Song ‘Prison of Flesh’ by Lorna Shore before the release of the entire album. After the album has been released, I've been listening to the version from the album - leading to that song being both at 4 and and 11 of my top songs from the last 4 weeks.
