Restore Purchases not working.

I just connected my stats.fm one-time purchase to this account as I no longer use my previous account. Even though the message says that the Purchase has been connected, I’m still shown that I don’t have stats.fm Plus! I have not deleted the purchase or anything from my Apple account nor have I once uninstalled the app. Please fix this issue as I have already paid once for the one-time purchase and want to use it on my new Spotify account now without buying it again!
