reporting doesn't work so I'm trying this

Whats the point of reporting issues if nothing is ever done about them It's the same artist and the same tracks but they are split across two separate accounts causing incorrect stats! This issue has been ongoing for about many months now, and you still haven't fixed it
he issue is that the same artist uses different nicknames across platforms, but this should be merged somehow. It wouldn’t be a problem if every track counted towards both profiles, but right now it’s inconsistent—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
