Remixes of songs read in my stats and auto playlists

The remix of a song will be in my stats and in the auto updating playlists with my top tracks, but I am just playing the normal version. This has happened for various artists and songs including: Last Christmas by Wham! and for Perfect (Exceeder) by Princess Superstar.
