Records not on profile page + logged out randomly

I just opened the app and clicked my profile and my records weren't there anymore. I don't really know if this is a glitch or is it something with certain users, but, all I know is that it's gone. Therefore, before this happened, I was randomly logged out (for some reason) and I had to log back in. Thank GOD my Stats.fm plus subscription is still there in my account.
