Records changed?

I've had 19 records for the longest time and I know that some of them were gold (active), silver and bronze. My profile still says 19 records but only 3 are showing now and they're all gold. Further down the screen however there's an error message; "bad state: no element" so does this mean the only records that count now are the gold ones or did something else happen?

It makes sense to have only the active records appear on the records tab, but in that case I think it's better for that to reflect accurately on the profile as well.
