Record history not accurate

There doesn’t seem to be an accurate record history when you get a new tier for the same artist. For instance, I went from being the 3rd highest listener to the 2nd highest, but now the record claims I’ve always been the 2nd highest. See attached photos for this example. What used to all be bronze records have swapped to silver records with the same dates, which isn’t accurate, as only the most recent record seems like it should be silver?
