Spotify is currently having some issues, their public api doesn't seem to return any new tracks since three hours ago.
Recently played outages happen frequently but normally for not this long.

Elias I have these problems for 3 months and they are recurrent. I got no records even after “short outages”ended. From what I see since December stats fm recorded only 1/3 of my total plays.
Relying on recently played is strange if it’s not being trusted.
Not related to this issue, there are other services that are not affected by this outages. I am no one to give you advices, but would be cool if you seek to other technical implementations on this part.

yournatalita: Yes this issue goes in and out every few days but normally only lasts for 30 minutes or so. Only happens for hours occasionally (maybe once a month or less).
We rely on recently played since it's the only way to get your streams from Spotify actively.
What other service are not being affected that you know of?

I have the same, I listened to music all this morning and none of its been recorded until like 1pm today.

Good to know others are having similar problems..I've been having this issue for a week at this point! Premium user, imported all my listening history, I've logged out and back in again, nothing seems to be working. I listen to Spotify every day and am #1 listener for an artist but nothing shows up in Recently Played and my stream numbers on leaderboard haven't been updating :( Would appreciate a fix for this soon!
