Rank of my top #1 artist is frozen

the stream stats of my top #1 artists keep going well but my position in the rank (top 1000) it's not being update when I should increase some spots by now with the amount of weekly streams showed on their profile… its over a week since go bugged I'm Spotify premium user and plus here too. Please help fix it
