Problems after buying Stats.fm+

I recently bought a lifetime subscription for Stats.fm+ but nothing was charged from my account.

Although it says i have a plus account when you go on it i can’t actually use any of the features provided.

(Fx there’s a new section for the albums i’ve listened to the most, but the albums don’t load no matter what i do, or i Can interact and go in on the import files option but i can’t actually import anything.)

After i payed it gave me a message saying that there had been a issue and it would charge me later. That’s around 6 hours ago from this post.
