Possible bug?

I wanted to change my profile picture today, and every time I actually pressed the “Upload picture” button, I would be taken to the normal profile page, not the one for editing, while the profile picture menu stayed open, but I was unable to click either of the two buttons, and could only exit out of the action itself. As for the picture I selected, it wouldn’t be registered, and nothing would really happen.
