Plus not working?

Hi. I purchased Plus a while ago, I think it was last year, but today I had a notification telling me to log in again, so I did, and now it’s saying I don’t have Plus anymore and it’s asking me to pay for it again? I tried clicking restore purchases and it says it’s worked but it hasn’t. What do I do?
