Playlists won't create and sync with Spotify

I wanted to create a playlist from my top songs in the past 128 days, the playlist gets created on Spotify, but it isn't filled with songs. Just an empty playlist.

    Sync is currently not working because of the issues we are having with some artist. Once those issues are resolved it should start syncing again.
