Playlist sync/creation issues

I’ve notice my playlist fail to stay synced with my top songs. As well as constantly putting duplicates of the same tracks over and over for various songs and artists. I keep manually removing them and when it finally syncs all the duplicates are back. I even deleted all my synced playlists and created fresh ones. Still plagued with the same issue of duplicate tracks
