Playlist duplicates

The playlist that automatically refreshes my top song from the last 30 days keeps adding the same song 2 or more times. It does refresh in that sense but just adds songs multiple times for some reason. Doesn’t happen to every song but a considerable amount.

It also puts a lot more than 100 songs into the playlist.
