Playlist creation not working correctly

For many months now every time I attempt to create a playlist, the playlist is created however a large number of tracks are missing eg. Creating a playlist with my top 250 songs results in just 224 songs in the Spotify playlist. Even if I make it do a very small number of tracks eg. 10-30 some will still always be skipped. This was not an issue before getting stats fm premium and it's very annoying
