Payment didn't gave me results

Hello? I'm a Korean user who just downloaded this app and paid ₩9600 for pro. Than it showed me to pay for plus, so I paid additional ₩4400 for plus. And now I can use options for plus, but I can't use any pro options.

I'll give you the screenshot of payment by toss.

The ₩300 missing is what Google paid for me for some kinda event.

I'd foresee to know what happened, and whether I can use the pro options or should I get a refund.
