Old counts missing

I'm missing some old stream counts, I noticed this bug with the artist Flume, especially with the songs ‘Blue’ and ‘Ripple’ (haven't checked if other songs are affected as well). I have been listening to there songs since their release but my first listening in this app states that it was some time last year (instead of 2020 / 2022). Also, there's still an issue with the same artists song called ‘Is it cold in the water’ which at some point got replaced by stats.fm by a different song (‘Kcab Gnihsur’) from a different artist. I have never listened to that song. Please please please fix this, this has been an issue for over a year now …

    Hi @Alina We are sorry for the trouble. Could you please report this issue directly from the app?

    Here are the steps:

    1. Go to the song, artist, or album you’d like to report.

    2. Scroll to the bottom of the “Info” section and tap “Report incorrect metadata.”

    3. Select the relevant reason and tap Submit.

    If you reported an issue and it's fixed, we’ll send you a push notification with an update.

      Awesome, didn't know that option was available but I submitted both issues just now :)
