Obnoxious and potentially dangerous ads

The ads I've been getting on here are ridiculously obnoxious, as in they start playing sound despite being absolutely tiny. Secondly, i keep getting sent to this suspicious website, which is saying my phone is infected with a virus, obviously a phishing attempt or worse, and it's not like I'm pressing anything, because it's sending me there automatically without any input on my end.
