Numbers correlating between album and its streams

For my listens of XXX by Danny Brown, it shows that i’ve only got 132 streams on the album page, but when adding the songs individual streams together it have over 400 as well as the minutes shown, with 365 in the album and >1000 with the songs. Is this a small time bug that has happened to others or is this an issue with the app as a whole and can the bubblers be fixed? Thanks!
