Now playing song glitched

I was streaming a song for the first time and when i clicked off of it is stuck saying i’m streaming it on the home page and through the discord bot with no way of changing it ive tried unlicking spotify and relinking it and listening to the song again and listening to a local file but none of it seems to help pls fix this or show me how to stop it
