Notifications as access

Hello, in android (redmi note 10 pro fully updated) when i click to reach weekly recaps or any other notification button to access the mentioned section it just stucks at black screen.

Only way for me to access the app is through its own app button in the phone menu which is not really Acceptable because sometimes i lose the mentioned things in the notification when i do so.
