not tracking streams

heyy! I’ve been looking at my streams and I realized it hasn’t been counting my streams . For the song “nettles” by ethel Cain , it says I’ve streamed only 880x and last stream was august 5th even though I’ve listened to it multiple times before this? Help please!!
