Not tracking correctly?

for the past 2 days randomly the app stopped tracking my songs for HOURS like i constantly have music playing literally 24/7 and its saying i haven’t played anything for up to 7 hours??? so now my data is messed up so much. i was #1 on a song and was around 500+ minutes ahead of someone and bc of this bug they’ve managed to take my spot 😭😭😭😭
